Winter Photographs of Turnor Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada

Northern Hamlet of Turnor Lake

All of my outside winter photographs were taken during the afternoon of March 28, 2009. According to the calendar the first day of spring had been about a week earlier but outside it still looked very much like winter. After a few months of cold weather it was finally warm enough on this Saturday afternoon that I was able to venture outside with a camera and take a few photographs.

A construction vehicle known as a wheeled front end loader was busy clearing the snow from the parking areas around the school as I took the following photographs.
